
Marcus O’Halloran
Title: Executive Director
Marcus took over at Agri Aware in February 2020. It was a challenging start as just weeks later the global coronavirus pandemic took hold. However, he has managed to build and grow the organisation and the team through this testing time.
Marcus is an Agricultural Science graduate from UCD and before arriving at Agri Aware spent four years with the IFA as a regional executive.
Home is in South Tipperary where Marcus’s family have a mixed dairy and beef farm.

Eilis Greene
Title: Programme & Events Manager
Eilis has been with Agri Aware since 2018 and is currently Programme and Events Manager since 2020. Eilis is responsible for the development, and delivery of major projects. Most notably, Agri Aware’s most established programme, Incredible Edibles.
Having graduated from Maynooth University with a joint Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Economics and Geography, Eilis started her career in Agri Aware as Public Relations and Events Executive.
Eilis is a member of the Agricultural Science Association and the Agricultural Guild of Journalists. She also sits on the HSA Farm Safety Partnership Committee, Health and Vulnerable Persons working group, and is a part of a government lead Food in Schools Forum.

Aimée Gray
Title: Education Officer
Aimée Gray is the Education Officer for Agri Aware, having recently joined the team from Airfield Estate. She is principally interested in sustainable food systems and bridging the 'gap' between humans and nature.
She is a graduate of the UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science Centre with an MSc in Wildlife Conservation and Management with considerable experience teaching at primary, secondary and tertiary levels.
In her spare time, Aimée enjoys baking and spending time in the outdoors.

Emily Maher
Title: Marketing & Communications Executive
Emily is the Marketing and Communications Officer at Agri Aware having joined as a graduate in 2022.
She is a graduate of Commerce and French from University College Cork.

Alma Jordan
Title: Farm Safe Schools Co-Ordinator
Alma Jordan is an author, social entrepreneur, farm safety advocate and the Farm Safe Schools Co-Ordinator at Agri Aware.
In 2015 Alma founded AgriKids an award-winning social enterprise that has become a leader in farm safety education for children. The aim is to engage, educate and empower children to be farm safety ambassadors.
Based in Julianstown, Co. Meath, and surrounded by every animal imaginable, Alma is passionate about entrepreneurship, education, grassroots organisations and social enterprise.
