Agri Aware's inaugural 'National Open Farm Day' is a newly launched event giving you the opportunity to visit a range of farms across Ireland and explore the 'farm to fork' journey of local food! This event will feature four mixed enterprise host farms in Cork, Mayo, Wicklow and Dublin.
Each farm location will have 5 engaging zones full of family activities, demonstrations, and education! These zones include: Kids and Education Farm Safety Demonstrations Machinery with GRASSMEN! Cookery Demonstrations with Celebrity Chefs Various Farm Enterprises such as Dairy, Beef, Tillage, and Sheep Farming
There will be plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy, such as face painting, butter discos, colouring tables, milk races and more!
Bring your camera, pack a picnic and enjoy a day out on the farm!
