Real innovation maximises the natural resources readily available, and Ireland has the advantage of having lots of natural resources. We want you to look outside the classroom and think about a gap you see in the market. Could your idea be the one to seize this market opportunity?
We are looking for proposals under 3 categories:
| - | A new food product concept.This must be based on a core local Bord Bia quality-assured raw material (e.g. milk, pork, bacon, potatoes, etc) or |
| - | A new non-food product based on a core local raw material (e.g. timber, turf, stone, etc) or |
| - | A new innovative service to meet the needs of the agriculture, food and environmental sectors and their local communities (e.g. a junior farm relief service, local food promotion campaign, environmental awareness classes/tours, etc) |
