Fourteen people sit on Agri Aware's board on a voluntary basis (excluding Chairman and Vice Chairman). These include representatives from the five founding members (IFA, Irish Farmers Journal, Irish Dairy Board, FBD and Bord Bia) who have a permanent seat. The structure is as follows:
